An Italian built 12 gauge sporting over & under shotgun fit with 29-1/2 inch smooth blued Boehler Antinit steel mono-bloc barrels that are nicely fit with ejectors, fit with interchangeable multi-chokes and has a ventilated tapered file cross cut top rib and a brass bead front sight. The right side of the top barrel is engraved in script "Beretta U.S.A. Corp. Achk. MD" and warning statement while the left side is engraved in script "SPORTING // P. Beretta - Italy" "12 Ga 2 3/4" - 29 1/2 in". The coin finished action body and locks are adorned with a flourish of scrolls with "P. Beretta" engraved in script on both lockplates while the bottom has in script "P. Beretta" inlaid in gold and "MADE IN ITALY" while the top of the action is stippled. The sidelock action is fit with a cross bolt fastener, single selective inertia trigger that is protected by an engraved trigger guard reading "SPORTING" with dual rolled edges extending to a long bottom strap and a non-automatic safetey with "S" engraved ahead of the checkered slide safety incorporating the barrel selector. The serial number is marked on the top strap. The top lever is engraved and both sides of the thumbpiece are checkered. The gun is fit with a nicely figured reddish-brown deluxe quality Turkish walnut stock with pistol hand grip, right side palm swell and engraved gold stock oval. Schnable forend with Deeley style engraved lever release. Interior metal of forend jeweled with serial number. Cast Off 1/4" at face with a 14-3/4" LOP to a leather covered recoil pad, 7 Lbs.15 Oz. The gun is presented in the makers canvas travel case.
