A 12 bore sidelock game gun with 29" blacked round nitro proved Vindex Steel barrels with rib extension that are fit with ejectors, a tapered smooth concave game rib and a steel bead front sight. The rib is engraved "GEORGE GIBB'S. BRISTOL & 55 SAVELLE ROW. LONDON. W.". Proved for 2-1/2" cartridges and choked improved cylinder & full. The action body and lockplates are engraved with fine English Arabesque scrolls with a coin finish. The lockplates are engraved "GEORGE GIBBS" in a banner by barrels. The screw grip action is fit with double triggers, blacked engraved top lever with left side thumbpiece checkered and automatic safety with gold-inlaid "SAFE" ahead of the checkered and engraved safety slide. Best quality walnut stock with English straight hand grip, vacant gold stock oval and splinter fore-end with Anson type push button release. 14-1/4" LOP to an ebonite buttplate, Cast Off 1/4" at face, 6 Lbs. 3 Oz.
