A left-handed double square bridge bolt rifle chambered for the .243 Winchester cartridge by Hartmann & Weiss. It has a 23” crowned barrel with rear island base gold-lined express sights - 1 standing (50 Yds) and 2 folding leaves (200 & 250 Yds), barrel banded ramp gold-tipped blade foresight with and barrel band sling swivel. Gold-inlay on barrel " - Hartmann & Weiss.Hamburg -", "CAL. 243 WIN" and 2 bands near receiver. Rifle is fitted with a Swarovski Z6 2.5-15x44 P HD scope with quick detachable swing mounts. Action is fit with a checkered round blued bolt handle, Winchester Model 70-style 3-postion wing safety with gold-inlaid "F" on the bolt shroud, hinged blued, steel floor with release in the trigger guard. The blued serrated single trigger is protected by a blued steel left side rolled edge trigger guard with the serial number gold-inlaid. The reddish-brown deluxe quality Turkish walnut with contrasting smokey figure is fit with a pistol grip with a blued steel grip cap, checkering, shadow-linen cheekpiece engraved blued reinforcing crossbolt, forearm with wrap around checkering, horn forearm tip, gold stock oval engraved "MH" and sling swivel, 14-3/8" LOP to a checkered butt. 9 Lbs. - 9 Oz with scope and rings and 7 Lbs. - 13 Oz without scope.
