An English bolt rifle chambered for the .275 Rigby cartridge by John Rigby & Co. It has a 21” barrel with a rear barrel band lined express sights - 1 standing regulated for 100 Yds. & 2 folding leaves regulated for 200 and 300 Yds., island base tipped blade foresight and eye for sling. Top of the barrel is engraved in old style English script 'John Rigby & Co 43 Sackville St London.' A 3-position Winchester Model 70 style side safety. Best quality walnut stock with pistol grip fit with a hard rubber grip cap, 3/8" Pachmayr Old English rubber recoil pad and eye for sling. 6 Lbs. - 12 Oz. without scope - 7 Lbs. - 14 Oz. with scope and rings, Scope is a Karl Kahles Hella 6 S2 - 6 x 42 with German claw-type bases and rings.
