It has a 30” nitro proved barrels with Greener Crossbolt third fastener and a game rib.
The rib is marked, W. P. Jones. Patentee. 25. Whittall St, Birmingham.

Nitro proof with the proper reproof marks from 1989, Modern proved for 2
3/4" cartridges at service pressure of 3 1/4 tons, as well as old original

Jones" engraved in a banner on both lock plates and bird portrait on
bottom of action with bright finish, Single
trigger, Side Clips, Best quality walnut stock, traditional English straight
hand grip, Splinter forend with snap release, 14 7/8" LOP over a 1”
leather covered pad, Cast Off 1/4” at face, 7 Lbs. 10 Oz. The shotgun is presented in a VC leather case
with accessories.
